At "M.Z. Young's Total Fitness" I am committed to creating workout programs for people of all levels. These workouts are all predicated on ANAEROBIC ENDURANCE STRENGTH TRAINING. The reason I do this is because A.E.S.T. is the most beneficial of all training methods, and will benefit people of all levels and ages.
